我4点到的已经人山人海了。 我直接就奔靠里面的Monteluz去了。 里面只有3个agent. 后来到Andalusia的时候真的有点水泄不通的感觉了。Agent的名单legal size的纸2页满满的。 小字一点点，我好不容易才找到自己的名字。

价钱一边是low 600K, 一边high 600K。

房子的结构：2边的plan1都是ranch, 没有太多可说的，感觉都挺像的。 2边的plan2 都是我的favorite. Andalusia的plan 3是一进门是formal dining, 然后楼梯堵在那里，实在是bad design.

2边的sales都认识，不但认识，还很熟，是以前JH的sales, 2个一边一位。 What a nice surprise!见到就兴奋的hug上了。 还遇到了好几个熟识的agent & Del Sur/Maybeck的sales. 真是热闹啊。

下面release的房子都在建，听说是4月就可以close了。

我拍了一点点的vid, 效果不是很好，因为很多agent走来走去的。
