每年的年初，大牛都要Forecast了。 我这人虽然算不上大牛，但是不能免俗，也经常小预测一把。 而且以前也时不时的帮客户抄到底，买到过超值的房子。 让人就不免的骄傲。今年呢，我个人觉得基本上还是会flat。 但是从本月来，房市慢慢复苏，然后某本地大公司从去年年底开始到现在都在狂招人，大家都开始坐不住了。 不过买房子考虑因素很多，好房子总是很少，而且每年都是暑假开始前热那么一段时间。 所以不着急的还是要稳住。

UCSD Grads Earn Top Salaries

UC San Diego grads are bringing home the bacon. In the PayScale College Salary Report, UCSD ranked 8th in salary potential for bachelor's degree graduates of state schools.

PayScale, a web site that charts salary trends and data, reviewed more than 1,000 colleges and universities. Salary data for advanced degree graduates was not included in the survey.

The typical starting salary for UC San Diego graduates with two years of experience is $48,200; mid-career professionals with a UC San Diego bachelor’s degree and 15 years of experience typically make $96,700 annually, according to PayScale.

UC San Diego noted that nearly 40 percent of the university’s undergraduate students directly pursue graduate and/or professional degrees after graduating. In addition, it reported that 40 percent of the university’s alumni (about 56,550) live in San Diego County, contributing income, payroll, property and sales taxes to the region.

UCSD的校友事務主任阿爾明‧阿弗薩希（Armin Afsahi）樂見「PayScale」網站的這一評鑑，他表示，學校的學術成就相當突出，不但始終居於領先地位，而且對學生未來的生涯規畫有很大助益。
