One Paseo 下个月开门？！

One Paseo 经过了多年的挣扎， 介于大多数Carmel Valley的居民不支持他们的开发计划， 终于要在三月一号开门了。

亲眼看着整个Del Mar Heighs的Landscape和Skyscape一点点被One Paseo 改变。 For better or for worse?

新的店面包括有

• Italian restaurant North Italia (fashion valley才开了一家）
• The buzzy barbecue destination International Smoke by Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry 
• Urban Pizza
• Tender Greens
• Joe and the Juice
• Parakeet Café
• Tocaya Organica
• neighbored by meat purveyor The Butchery 
• Ways and Means seafood restaurant
• Susie Cakes and Salt and Straw
• Blue Bottle Coffee
• Shake Shack
• Sweetfin Poke
• Motion Stretch and Vibe Flow Yoga and Bobyrok (都是锻炼身体的）
• Harland Brewery
• Sephora (这么近的Sephora要苦了我的钱包了）
• Nail salon Curbar is paired with Drybar
• Van De Vort (小众服装铺） NathanWest, Marrow Fine (珠宝店）Shop Good (又是化妆品和护肤品）
• The Byrd’s Nest, a neighborhood barbershop with a surf culture vibe out of Newport Beach

开发商如是说 - “The whole point was creating a gathering space and retail to pull in the whole community.  It seems like this was the one missing piece to make this a world-class community.” 

 One Paseo 的风格他们是所谓的 modern country meets coastal style. 其实更像是Barn house有没有？

 目前One Paseo的 96,000 平尺有43个店面， 只有三个还没有租掉了。 我感觉经济还是不错的。 二来也是商家看好整个区域的消费能力。据说商家都是精心挑选的。我曾经打电话问过， 人家一听我是个三无企业， 立马say no. 

他们家会有三层的570个车位的车库。 市场里面也可以有很舒服的人行道。 还会做上锦鲤小池塘， 和公共区域的艺术小画廊。还有有一些艺术家的雕塑。听起来还是很高大上的。

One Paseo的理念是把社区聚拢， 会举办音乐会， 户外瑜伽和广场电影， 周末农夫市场。

听起来还是个好地方？等一下， 忘记为什么当年， 当好多年为什么CV居民反对？ 堵车！Well,  开发商说了， 为了不堵车， Del Mar Heights一直在施工扩路， 多加了一条车道。 而且还提供午饭的高峰期会有班车出入来分流车辆。

还是继续期待， For a better Carmel Valley
